Hunter’s Run
Thanks to everyone for coming out. Special thanks to Geri for having the canopy and umbrellas set up so I could play right through the sporadic showers. Special thanks to Frank Kayser for coming out and setting up the sound. Frank had two shows that day, I’m grateful he was able to make it out. All in all it was a beautiful, relaxing afternoon out on the deck!
Zed’s Cafe
Had fun playing at Zed’s! Great little spot in downtown Silver Spring!
Rockcreek Steel Drum Factory Open House
Steel drum builder Kevin Martin put on a great open house today out in the fields on the Eastern Shore where his new factory is now set up for operation. Truly an honor to jam with Sauce, Cans, and David Glaser!
Takoma Park Porch Festival
Thanks so much to Tony and Sara Camilli for hosting yesterday and to everyone who came out in the rain to support local music. Very humbling to be playing from a nice dry porch to an audience sitting in the rain. Takoma Park is a special place.
Easton Farm Market
Had a great time playing music Saturday at the Easton Farm Market. The rain held off and that’s all you can hope for this time of year if you’re a working musician and playing outdoors. Special thanks to Mark Marshall for stopping by and playing a little banjo.
SPCA Walk for the Animals Postponed
The SPCA Walk for the Animals at Quiet Waters has been postponed until June 19th due to inclement weather. See you there!
Hunter’s Run
Beautiful day, beautiful people! It was looking a little grim when I pulled up around 1 but when I saw a bluebird fly by I knew the Sun wasn’t far behind. I was a little nervous because the last two times I’d been scheduled here it snowed. Turn that page. It was nice meeting new folks, thanks for coming out!
Zed’s Cafe
Very cool room in downtown Silver Spring, thanks Zed for having me out to play!
